On the cutting-edge of high technology, HB Construction utilizes the latest 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to provide our stakeholders with a highly-detailed virtual model of the project.

This new technology allows to us to streamline coordination and communication between everyone on the project team, shift to new building alternatives, and mitigate potential constructability issues.

HB Construction utilizes Autodesk Revit Architecture 2013 to develop 3D MEP Coordination models for each of our projects, identifying any obstacles or potential conflicts prior to fabrication and installation, thus, streamlining the design and construction process, avoiding unnecessary change orders and schedule delays and saving our clients valuable time and resources.

These models give the project team a detailed look at the entire construction site and allow us to explore around, inside and even under the facility to verify the progress of the project.

Along with BIM, HB Construction utilizes advanced 4D scheduling that enables us to keep each of our projects on track with monitoring systems for materials procurement and the ability to evaluate scopes of work over time to optimize labor and resources.

Combined with our Collaborative Project Management (CPM) web-based software, we are able to maintain and monitor every facet of a project, while keeping open communication with the entire project team and optimizing valuable resources.
