Safety is of the utmost importance to us in order to protect not only our staff and subcontractors, but those living near, working on, or visiting one of our project sites. HB Construction takes a proactive approach to safety, incorporating a variety of strategies designed to ensure the highest level of safety.

Under the guidance of OSHA Certified Outreach Trainer and Safety Director Adam B. Harrington, HB Construction has built a reputation for having the highest caliber safety programs at our work sites.

HB Construction maintains a rigorous and proactive safety program that increases employee awareness and minimizes occurrences of serious injury, which allows us to maintain an exceptionally low worker's compensation insurance multiplier.

Our ongoing commitment to safety is reflected in our superior Experience Modification Rating (EMR). Our EMR, combined with our record of zero lost time incidences in over eight years, serves as a stunning example of the emphasis we place on safety.

In order to maintain the rich tradition of safety we've built, HB Construction employs a 3rd party safety consultant, Safety Counselling, Inc., to conduct on-site audits and hazard recognition on each of our work sites.
